Refund policy

If Containly Pro is not right for you, you get your money back. This applies to every plan (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual and Pro Lifetime): ask within 14 days of the purchase and we refund the full amount, no reason needed.

• Write to support@containly.ch from the e-mail address you bought with, or include your order number from the Paddle receipt.
• Or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net, where you can look up your order.

Our reseller Paddle processes every refund and pays it back to the payment method you used, including the taxes you paid. Depending on your bank or card it can take a few business days until you see it.

With the refund the licence is revoked: at its next check Containly goes back to the free tier (up to 2 Docker hosts). Your containers, stacks and settings stay as they are.

Cancelling stops the next renewal; it is not a refund. You can cancel any time from the licence page in your Containly account or, as a fallback, in the Paddle customer portal, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. See the terms of service.

This guarantee comes on top of any rights you have by law; it does not limit them.
